Chef/Owner Dominic Way of The Blue Ball at Braunston makes his fresh batch of bread every day. Dominic says, " I like to make my bread in the afternoon, when it's quiet after a busy lunch service. I whack a few favourite tunes on Spotify and, in a world of my own, mix, Knead, raise & bake our daily bread. I relish this daily ritual, time on my own, the word fades away, top tunes, and always great to see the result coming out of our ovens and onto tables later.."
