Sunday Lunch Menu served 12-3pm ish - until it's all gone to be honest - depends on demand but you can always ask for a cheeseboard or some of our homemade bread, oil & balsamic dip or just some olives, wasabi nuts & other bar snacks.
Menu includes 2 or 3 Roasts of Grasmere Farm Pork & Bates Butchers locally sourced Beef &/or Lamb with Tatties Roasted in Rutland Charcuterie Duck Fat (from over the road!), Homemade Yorkies, Mixed Seasonal Veg & our own Gravy + a Fresh Fish Dish, A Homemade Vegetarian Dish, Gluten Free variations & Child Portions/Prices.
One Sunday a month, lunchtime diners and drinkers have the pleasure of the mellow sounds of Bill Coleman plus a special guest. Revisit website or contact us to check future dates. Renowned freelance jazz bassist, Bill Coleman, co-ordinates most of our Live Jazz, drawing on his contacts from his impressive Jazz CV of teaching at Rugby, Oakham & Uppingham Schools & touring with the likes of Jackie Dankworth, Kenny Ball, Helen Shapiro & Kiki Dee.
